    • Research and identify relevant keywords and target audience segments.
    • Create a campaign structure that includes various ad groups, keywords, and ad placements. 

  2. Ad Creation and Management
    • Write compelling ad copy that aligns with the Client's brand messaging and goals.
    • Design visually appealing display ads, if applicable.
    • Set up and configure ads in the Google Ads platform, ensuring they comply with Google’s advertising policies.
    • Implement A/B testing of ads to determine the most effective versions. 

  3. Budget Management
    • Advise the Client on the optimal budget allocation across different campaigns and ad groups.
    • Monitor daily and monthly spending to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
    • Adjust bids and budgets in real-time to maximize return on investment (ROI). 

  4. Tracking and Analytics Setup
    • Set up Google Analytics and link it to the Google Ads account for comprehensive tracking.
    • Configure conversion tracking to measure actions such as form submissions, sales, etc.
    • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking requirements. 

  5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
    • Continuously monitor campaign performance against the defined KPIs.
    • Perform regular keyword analysis and optimization, including negative keyword management.
    • Optimize ad placements, bids, and targeting settings to improve campaign performance.
    • Generate and review reports on ad performance and make data-driven decisions for ongoing optimization. 

  6. Reporting
    • Provide the Client with detailed monthly reports outlining campaign performance, key metrics, and insights.
    • Schedule review meetings to discuss campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. 

  7. Account Management and Support
    • Assign a dedicated account manager to oversee the Client’s Google Ads campaigns.
    • Provide ongoing support and consultation to address any questions or concerns from the Client.
    • Ensure timely communication regarding any updates or changes to the campaigns. 

  8. Tracking & Analytics Setup
    • We will set up and configure tracking and analytics tools to measure the performance of the digital marketing campaigns. This includes:
      • Setting up Google Analytics and linking it to the Client’s website and Google Ads account.
      • Configuring goals and conversion tracking within Google Analytics.
      • Implementing Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking needs.
      • Regularly reviewing and interpreting analytics data to provide actionable insights. 

Please note that the management fee and the monthly budget are two different fees.
